Thank you for shopping at Unbound Luxe! We value your trust and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Policy

  • 7-Day Policy: Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return, refund, or exchange.
  • Store Credit Only: Refunds are issued as store credit, except in rare cases of repeated size exchange issues (details below).

Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure fair processing, customers must provide a clear 360° unboxing video:

  1. Show the entire sealed package from all angles to confirm no tampering.
  2. Begin recording before receiving the package if it appears damaged.
  3. Open the package on video and inspect the items thoroughly for damage.

Note: Returns or exchanges without a clear unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Damaged Parcels

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours post-delivery if the item is defective/damaged/incorrect. We'll look into the situation right away and provide the best resolution.
  • Reporting of defective/damaged/incorrect products post 24 hours will not be entertained

Return & Exchange Process

Eligibility : To maintain our quality standards, items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition with original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear or alteration cannot be exchanged.

Return / Exchange Process :

  1. Request an Exchange :- Contact us at support@unboundluxe.com with order and issue in details.
  2. Seamless Pickup :- We will arrange a convenient pickup directly from your location. A nominal reverse pickup fee of ₹100 will be applicable. In case of pickup will not be available, customer needs to send the order to the address which will you get into the mail.
  3. Product Inspection :- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and which will take up to 24 business hours.
  4. Final Action :- After careful inspection, if returned product is valid then we will dispatch your requested size and in case of return, we’ll issue your refund as store credits, which can be applied toward future purchases at Unbound Luxe.

Note : In the case of invalid inspection, you will not get any refund or store credits. If you want returned item then we will schedule delivery to you and you have to bear that shipping charges.

Cancellation Policy

  • Products that are dispatched from our end are not eligible for cancellation.
  • Cancellations can only be entertained if the order is still processing and not dispatched.

Size Exchange Policy

If you select the wrong size multiple times (e.g., order 3XL and it does not fit), the following policies will be applied.

  • INR 350 Deduction: A handling and shipping fee of INR 350 will be charged for repeated size exchanges.
  • Customers are strongly encouraged to check the size chart before placing an order.
